VALVE DECOMPRESSION MAINTENANCE «Elebar» for up 13 cm insulation

Decompression valves for refrigeration chambers

The pressure relief valves designed to balance the internal pressure of the chamber to the external ambient pressure through ventilation. The absence of these components can cause multiple problems in the compounds of the chambers, ice formation etc.

Method of calculation of the required air for balancing internal to external pressure:

Q = K x V x Δt

Q = Required amount of air in lt per minute, constant

K = 3.66 steadily

V = volume cold room in cubic meters m³,

Dt = Maximum temperature change in the chamber during one minute

Example: maintenance chamber (positive temperature) with volume 60m³ & temperature change during 1...20C

Result: 3.66 x 60 x 2 = 439lt / min. air required
