MONOXIDE CO. DETECTOR, SE115SC, AUTONOMOUS, WALL

The SE115SC is a gas detector (Carbon Monoxide (CO)) for residential applications using a semiconductor sensor. To obtain a high CO sensitivity, a very fast sensor response (10 seconds) and a good reading of CO, this sensor is heated alternatively at high temperature (cleaning) and low temperature (gas detection).
The SE115SC is supplied with 3 LEDs:
The green LED indicates that the device is on. Every 10 seconds reduces its brightness for a moment to confirm that the instrument has been performing the gas measurement.
The red LED lights up when the CO concentration exceeds 100 ppm of measurement.
The yellow LED lights up when a sensor error occurs.
CO is formed when the combustion is incomplete due to either air shortage or stagnation of the chimney.
CO is an extremely dangerous gas because it is invisible and colorless. It is a gas almost as light as air, with an air density of 0.97, therefore normally spread uniformly in the environment.
